The telephones are staffed from 09:00 – 18.30 on weekdays and 08:00 – 20:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Outside of these times, our Out of Hours Service will deal with emergency calls, but you can make, cancel or amend and appointment using our telephone booking system or our internet link 24 hours a day. When you phone, please listen carefully to the message about how to access medical care.
